Yehliu Geopark features the most spectacular sea-erosion landscape on Taiwan's North Coast. Carved by millions of years of wave action and weathering, this area has given rise to world-famous, unique rock formations such as the "Queen's Head" and "Fairy's Shoe," making it resemble a natural geological museum. Strolling along the 2.7-kilometer cape trail, visitors can admire distinctive geological features like mushroom rocks and honeycomb rocks. At low tide, the intertidal zone also teems with rich marine life. As the sun sets, the golden sunlight pours over the bizarre rocks, contrasting beautifully with the azure sea—a true paradise for photography enthusiasts. The park is equipped with an excellent interpretation system, allowing visitors to learn about the formation of these geological wonders while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
