At the junction of Jinguashi and Shuinandong, an ochre-gold waterfall cascades down rust-stained rock walls, resembling molten gold when caught in the sunlight—this is the "Golden Waterfall," the most unique geological masterpiece on the North Coast. Its distinct color comes from acidic mineral spring water dissolving minerals like iron and copper within the rock strata, which then oxidize to form rusty sediments. During the rainy season, the abundant water flow turns the entire hillside into a spectacular "Golden River." In the dry season, visitors can closely observe the delicate textures of the mineral crystals. Standing on the observatory beside Highway 2, you can look out at the Yin-Yang Sea and the Remains of the 13 Floors simultaneously, experiencing a powerful dialogue between industrial history and the forces of nature.
