Pick-up and drop-off services are calculated based on the driving distance between the pick-up/drop-off location and the airport. Multiple pick-up/drop-off locations will be calculated based on the total distance calculated in the best order. The price will be calculated immediately after entering the pick-up/drop-off location.
A fixed price applies to pick-up locations in Hualien County: NT$6,000.
An additional NT$100 will be charged for each additional pick-up location.
Please book one day in advance. Advance booking is recommended during Lunar New Year or long holidays.
A fixed surcharge of NT$300 will be added during Lunar New Year.
A 9-seater will cost an additional NT$400.
An additional NT$200 will be charged for each child safety seat required.
All vehicles are randomly assigned; additional charges apply for specific vehicle models. Website images are for reference only.
For sign-holding service, an additional NT$200 will be charged

Boarding time: This is the time to meet the driver. It is recommended to add the travel time before the flight departure time to the port check-in time by 2 hours (3 hours during Lunar New Year or consecutive holidays).
Free waiting time: The driver will wait for 30 minutes. If the driver has not arrived and neither the driver nor customer service has been able to contact you, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and a NT$300 empty trip fee will be deducted, with the remainder fully refunded.
The drop-off time will be determined based on road conditions (traffic jams, stops along the way, etc.) and distance. If you miss your boarding time due to factors not attributable to the driver, you will be responsible for the consequences.

To change your order, please submit a change request through the order history page or contact customer service via official LINE or WhatsApp.
Please contact customer service no later than 60 minutes before your scheduled boarding time.
If you modify your order less than 60 minutes before your scheduled boarding time, TWcabs will try our best to dispatch a vehicle. However, if this is not possible, TWcabs reserves the right to cancel the order.

You can submit a change request through the function on your order history page no later than 6 hours before your scheduled boarding time.
If this deadline has passed, please contact customer service for assistance. If the driver has already departed, a NT$300 empty trip fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be fully refunded.
